The Senior Personnel Administration Assistant is a member of the Personnel Administration Section (PAS), within HR Staff Services in Budapest. The position falls within the structure of the Country Support Team headed by the Personnel Admin Officer. The incumbent will directly report to the Associate Personnel Admin Officer and be engaged in the entitlements processing of the staff within the assigned geographical areas of responsibility.
The primary focus of the Entitlements Processing team within the Country Support Team is on administering staff entitlements such as Home Leave, Education Grant, Rental Subsidy, settlement of Travel Claims and processing of payment of grants. Eventually, if so required by the exigencies of service, the incumbent would be expected to perform other personnel administration tasks falling within the terms of references of the Country Support Team.
The confidentiality of all personnel matters and the need to deal with clients in a courteous and efficient manner are salient features of this position.
