The Organisational Capability & Performance Unit (OCPU) is part of the Talent Development and Performance Section (TDPS). The unit started the strategic alignment of its portfolio to the key performance management recommendations coming out of the People Management Framework and transition to a new digital platform to support a new integrative performance and people development approach and positive people experience.
With the start of the key project on Workday (Digital HR for Talent & Performance), the Organizational Capability and Performance Unit is aligning its portfolio in line with recommendations coming out from the PwC Review on Performance Management (PM). The OCPU has already started embarking key strategic projects as part of this transition. One of the strategic priorities is to integrate Workday streams with the new Performance Management & Development framework model. The incumbent of this G7(TA) will be a key member of the below project deliverables and will lead specific areas on the digital transformation in performance and development.
