The supervisory board of HSE, the state-owned power utility that runs the Šoštanj Thermal Power Plant (TEŠ), approved on Thursday HSE director general Viktor Vračar's termination of office by mutual consent and cleared his appointment as director general of TEŠ. He will assume his new office on 8 November, HSE said.
